here at BAM we want to make sure you get your package fast and effortlessly, which is why we ship with USPS and UPS. 

 If there are any problems with shipping on our end we will let our customers know as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to fix any shipping errors. 

 we will notify you if shipping is delayed and update the ETA. Since we are a small business we do take 5-7 business days for all in stock package to be processed for shipping. Packages may take longer to arrive around the holidays.

 Express shipping takes 1-2 business days to process (instead of the normal 5-7 business days) and will be shipped out with two day shipping either through priority mail or UPS second day air!
